2 Timothy 3:16-17, “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right. God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work.”
These verses say it all. God’s Word—the Bible—were inspired by God. The 66 books of the Bible just did not happen, no they were inspired by God. They are God’s instructions to teach us, prepare us and equip us to do His work. If the Bible is there to instruct us, why then to most Christians fail to pick it up and read it? How can we deepen our relationship with our God if we do not take the time to listen to what He has to say?
Where are you in your walk with our Lord? Are you reading God’s Word so God can teach you? Prepare you? Equip you? Take the time to get to know Him better. Read your bible !!
